SPIKE DAY!

so i've been reading about a lot of members on here who have at least one "spike day" during the week. several questions...

1) how much of a spike do u allow yourself? (how many calories over)
2) how many spike days per week do u have?
3) what types of things do u eat on ur spike day?
4) main question...in ur opinion, do u feel it helps shock ur body and aide in losing weight or it's just a day for u to indulge in the foods u used to eat constantly?

    1)That day eat same calorie as i spend, around 3300
    2) 1 per week
    3) buffet, everything
    4)its not really aiding to lose weight, but it allows you to regain power for continous workout following week.Thats my personal experience.
  • I have one cheat day a week and I eat whatever whenver. It has not caused any weight gain for me and I need the cheat day to indulge or else I will eat bad all week, hope this has helped.
