Hello, my name is Brittney, im a college student. I decided to try this site to make new friends, learn new tips for losing weight. Ive been over weight all my life, currently weigh 225lbs, and im been trying to change tht, but now im really wanting to put my foot down and lose the weight. I looked online to see wht the average weight is for a 5'3 person, it said 126lbs,but im big boned. Im wanting to at least get down to 140lbs. I ride horses and ive started walking but I wanto to do more. I hope I can make friends here and get onto a healthier life for me. Look forward to talking with ya.ll.

Hi Brittney, My name is Diane and i have been here before but it was a while ago. I am restarting my journey of losing weight.
I too have been overweight my whole life. I currently weigh 114kg (251 lbs) and would like to get down to 90kg (198 lbs)
I am 25 yrs old and from New Zealand.

Hi Diane, nice to meet you. Id b glad to help motivate us both. I start out doing good, then get off track, but im hoping to do better this time. Im fixing to start this new shake called visulas. My friend has been doing these shakes awhile and she has lost some of her weight so far. So I thought id give it a try.0

Hello both, I'm 27yo currently 224 lbs, trying to get around 160. I've been active on MFP for the past month and it has really helped me buckle down and focus on my goals, and what I need to do to attain them.
