I made homemade lasagna (loaded with veggies) and a salad. After entering in my recipe and servings, MFP tells me it is 175 calories per slice! Altered the recipe to use fat free ricota and mix 1 bag regular and 1 bag fat free mozzerella... didn't even notice the taste difference.

I made lentil soup and a crustless spinach quiche. I just ate the quiche, the rest of the family had both.

I had eggbeaters with mushrooms and onions sauteed in butter and then added a laughing cow garlic and herb cheese wedge, and chopped tomatoes, with thin toast and butter. Had 1 cup of blueberries for dessert. It was wonderful!

Grilled salmon, steamed broccoli, and baked french fries (with vinegar). Pretty stuffed and it came in under 400 calories. Actually I wasn't able to finish all my salmon which made the dog happy.

I can't be bothered stalking your profile to see if you're from Sydney or not, but you can get them at Kemeny's, some supermarkets and Norton st Grocer if you are :)
They also come in Brown Rice Ramen and Whole wheat!
