Help! Cramping while stretching, need advice

When I am doing kneeling stretches (such as the p90x stretch video) My feet cramp up. Usually the frog pose, childs pose, the kneeling quad stretch. They cramp so bad I can not maintain the pose. Anyone else have this happen and figure out how to stop it? I am drinking plenty of water during the day, never less than 64 oz and usually around 80.
Anyone got any advice?

eat more potassium, bananas are good and apricots. also, try rolling the arches of your feet either on tennis balls or on small frozen water bottles OR better yet, start massaging your feet every night to release the tension.
this is one of the most common complaints i get from my students! its just because your feet are not used to stretching!0 -
going to sound weird, but I swear by it, if you retain water too much, you'll have to pass... but a miracle for cramps is PICKLE JUICE, specifically DILL PICKLE JUICE.. not a lot about 3 oz does the trick, drink it 10 minutes before you work out, chase it with a glass of water.0

A daily multivitamin did the trick for me. I used to just take extra magnesium, but I can't find the same kind anymore since I moved to Canada...0

Usually cramps are caused by either low potassium, calcium, or sodium levels. Make sure you're getting your daily amount of all those, and that would probably help quite a bit.0
