Remember moderation. The artificial sweeteners can really harm your body in the long term. Don't go overboard with it.0

Nuts! I have to just have them out of the house for awhile, then it will be safe to have them around again.
I was able to quit the diet soda as well as the sugary soda - now they taste so awful! but I have found the store brand carbonated water - no sweeteners, just a little fruit oil and non-sodium carbonation. Very refreshing!0 -
I love flavored, sparkling water; but I have heard aspartame is bad for me!0
