Hi everyone,
Im Dee. I am in Va. 45 Mom of 3. Wife to a retired Navyman. I found this on Pinterest from someone tracking her progress. SHe said it really helped and a few other people commented it was helping them too. I'm hoping it helps me too. I need to get in gear and get back on track. I was diagnosed as type 2 Diabetic and have been trying to lose weight and get healthy. Hope to talk to you soon. Take care.

    Hey....Welcome aboard. Im new here too, and theres alot of good info here! Im from Virginia Beach, havent seen any locals on here until now. Site is really good for tracking your calories. What are some of your goals?

    I'm from Williamsburg, VA but living in Texas now. I love this site. It is very helpful. Never realized how many calories I was taking in until I started tracking them. Welcome
