Recording your food, how do you do yours?

I can't live without my little notebook and pen, it is beside me at every meal.

I right down the weights of my foods then input them into the database when I get to my computer as recipes or listing separately

During the day I also use the Android app for any additional single items, sometimes almost throwing it at the wall with frustration

Do people remember all the food they eat then log at night or use a little notepad like me? Or is your phone quick enough to upload each item at once?

I use my phone or my computer to enter my foods, usually during or just after my meal. If I'm planning ahead, sometimes I enter the meal before I eat. But I usually do it throughout the day so I don't forget anything.

I log my food for the day in the morning. If I need to make changes during the day, I log on and make them. I'm part human, part computer so I'm never really away from a PC or laptop. :p

I've got an Android phone like you and when the app works, it is good, but between the odd problem with the app and the fact that my mobile internet on my phone seems to be rubbish, I tend to just wait til I get to a computer.

I work from home most days, though, so it's easy for me to get to a computer and log in after every meal. Otherwise, I just remember what I've had until I get to a computer.

I use the app on my phone to either plan the next day or as I go throughout the day

I save drafts on my phone with the brand of the food and calories, so I can verify the correct info once I get to a computer.

You aren't on Orange are you? Lol, I regret the day I swapped to them as a provider.

And I'm sick of "MFP has stopped working, force close or wait"

    ARGH!

I scan the barcode on everything I eat with the iPhone MFP App.

    Effortless, and efficient.

I plan my day in advance so that I know I can keep on track. Log my days food in the morning - also my husband is following the plan aswell so we decide our evening meal in the morning then both log breakfast, lunch and dinner so we know what we have left over and any treats are kept within our limits. Any adjustsments throughout the day is put straight into my android app or straight onto the computer.

I log on my phone by 9am and just change things as the day goes on. I am pretty boring with food and usually log the same thing for days on end so what I need is already programmed into my phone.
