i ave a son , and recently i ave been fluctuating btwn sizes 8 to 12, love to make new frnds aswell and hopefully u guys can motivate me to slim fit and give me tips

    Hello doll, you can add me. My name is Dominique, 34, been fluxing between 20 to 24 for the last 10 years now. Ive been calorie counting since before christmas and ive lost sum weight and quite impressed with the whole method and i also do portion control. Mostly becus nothing else has worked for me before. Ive tired 2 other times once with adkins and the south beach diet. But i must admit i had to get into this life change mentally before i could do it literally. I hope we can help each other on this new journey.
