I seem to be way in credit almost everyday on my fats. What should I eat to use some of them up?

Technically nothing since the fat is the more caloric dense nutrient
    1 gram of fat : 9 calories
    What are your goals ?

Almonds, avocado, real deal cheese, and peanut butter are all good foods to increase your fat consumption.

I would love to finish my day with a credit in the "fat" column! Why would you want to add fat to your diet? Most people, even those not trying to lose weight want a diet that is lower in fat.

I use flaxseed oil. One tablespoon gives you 10 grams of fat. I add it right to my shake in the morning.

I love eating fat, less seeing it on me. My sin : crave on fat.

The right fats are actually beneficial to you. It's not the enemy.

If you are wanting to increase your fat use avocados, almonds and fatty fish. Increasing the healthy fats is the only way to go.

Healthy fats help you feel fuller. I track both Fat and Sat Fat in my diary and always aim to max ut my Fat and minimize my sat fat. If i'm too far under my fat I feel this hunger pain that isn't actually hunger because I've just ate, but it is very uncomfortable. I've found a small bit of PB or a 1/2 oz of cheese is often enough to quiet it.

    To the OP:

I second all the options given, but it is certainly better to add fat gradually over your day then suddenly at night. Work it into your day by adding avocado to salads or use them to make a quick guacamole when mixed with a little salsa, lime juice and garlic. Almonds are great on salads. Use extra virgin olive oil in dressings or for cooking. You can always count on dairy for fat, just be mindful of the saturated kind.

Poached fish is a tasty and healthy meal.

Black Olives are a great snack if you like em. High in mono fats, fiber vitamin E and iron. Just watch the sodium. Add em to sandwiches, cottage cheese or on salads.

Someone else also mention adding flax, either seeds or ground. You can add them to smoothies or in recipes.
