Need Motivation and Will Power

I have never weighed as much as I do now.....I'm aware that I am not eating the right foods although I started to walk 30 minutes on my lunch break. I use to have much more willpower before than now..... I really want to loose the weight and feel like my old self. :smile:

    This app will help. If you slip, just try the next day. I have had times where I gain lbs and what I learned was at this point in my life, my body really reacts badly to sodium. Now on y salads, it's vinegar and oil. No more dressings for me :( Bacon must be low sodium and still I'll see a sligHt up tick, but now I know why.
    Using this app and paying attention to foods and the scale has really educated me with how my body reacts to things, therefore I don't get discouraged and in the long run....things continue to move in the right direction.
