At my weight watchers meeting i was told i could use a dry vanilla smoothie mix and 3 egg whites and you won't even need syrup. it will make 3 pancakes.

    1 cup of egg whites
    1 cup of Oats (dry)
    Dash of vanilla extract
    Banana (optional)
    1/4 teaspoon of baking powder

Blend in blender and pour as batter

Not sure of macro's but Low GI carbs, high protein and tastes good

Add in choc chips, berries or whatever you like depending on taste/calorie allotment for day

i think these are fabulous! i recommend fresh fruit! I usually eat the whole recipe and do 1/4 cup pancakes for 4 nice sized pancakes and a 1/4 cup sugar free syrup for 300 calories.

These pecan-oatmeal pancakes are very good and very filling. I make by the recipe except add 1 tsp of vanilla as well. I need to plug it into the recipe builder and check the NI. I haven't made them since starting my diet, but I think I might one day this week. They probably are a little higher in calories, however they are very filling. I like to spend a little more on my breakfast so that I'm full until lunch. By the way, these freeze well. I like to throw a couple in the toaster and use a little bit of peanut butter to make a "sandwich" to eat on my way to work. Again...more calories, but very filling!

ETA: I plugged this into the recipe builder using 2% milk and adding the vanilla extract. It came to 386 calories for 1/5 of the recipe. I think I will play around with it and see if I can lighten it up a bit. If not, like I said, they *are* very filling, and to me it's worth a few extra calories for breakfast.

    love skinnytaste.com

this is one of my favs and goes down with my family and uses wholemeal flour. Omit the nuts if you want to reduce cals. The website gives a calorie breakdown too. The way i make it give it per pancake: 141 cals, 6g protein, 22g carbs, 3g fat and 171mg Sodium

    Banana nut pancakes

I would buy FIber One pancake mix if I were you. People who don't like "diet" food won't even taste the difference (I've totally tricked people with it). Plus, it's really easy to make--you just have to add water. They come out fluffy and perfect. I like to add a little vanilla and cinnamon for some extra flavor.
