4 weeks 5 lbs 6 inches (ok kidding about the inches)

I didn't measure but I saw a pattern and went with it lol.
I started this journey 4 weeks ago Saturday. It is my goal to take a photo every four weeks and add to this for my own sanity as when I look in the mirror I still see EEEWWWWWWW and not wow look what you have changed.
I have been faithfully documenting the things I eat (even to the point that I was 300 plus calories over yesterday and cringed but I wrote it down. Oddly my weight was still down this morning, yes I get on the scale daily it is my thing it works for me. I work out 1 to 3 hours 6 days a week, kicking boxing, Zumba and starting to run with my walk.
Anyway here is the side by side photos after 4 weeks of being faithful to my new lifestyle.

Ok I have no idea how to get this thing to add photos.. none at all I don't have any tool selections to be able to add anything.. any help would be SOOOOOO appreciated I tried to read the tutorial at the top but it makes no sense to me... sorry..0
