ladies 5'3/5'4 around 120lbs, how many cals do you burn aday

Ok so this is just for fun. I would really like you know what other ladies around my size are burning each day. I get between 400 and 600 cals for 120min workout. Seems like nothing when I see some of the other burns. Hmmm maybe I'm lazy lol.

    Depends on your workout. Today my workout is 60 minutes of power sculpting and 60 minutes of spinning. My calorie burn is about 900 today. When I lift heavy for one hour my calorie burn is a lot less than power sculpting. I am 5' 4" and currently weight 123 lbs.

    Depends on what I do. I'm currently doing doubles and race training. But that includes weight lifting and cardio, yoga, and tai chi. So all burn calories differently. My daily intake is set at 1600, I generally don't eat all that, but have been trying to get the calories in there. I'm not so great at eating the minimum required. I've not lost any weight and have maintained where I am for the past 3 months. I have however lost 2% body fat doing P90X2 as running/biking.
  • When I started this, I was honest with myself about my exercise. I hate exercising, I hate the gym, and everything that goes with both! Now that I'm down to around 125 lbs. (5'3), I do the minimum to maintain :) I think I burn 1600 calories just being alive everyday and my normal workout routine is 4 days a week for 30 minutes. I burn about 200-250 by running at 5 mph for 20 and 10-15 minutes of weights/circuit training. I've had sucess maintaining and I'll be darned if do more than I have to :wink:
