Please can anyone tell me roughly how many calories an hours session of doing Zumba would burn? :happy:

    I just started Zumba on Friday. I bought the 4 pack DVD. I wondered how many calories are burned. I bought a heart rate monitor yesterday. I used it when I did Zumba yesterday and today. The workout is 43 min. I think it is pretty intense. My monitor said 254 calories yesterday and 245 today. Today I had my heart rate higher than the maximum rate. I really thought it would burn more. If you use the zumbacalories.com it tells me for low I would burn 350. So I wonder which is correct. My HR monitor or Zumba.
