Hip Hop Abs?

I just did the Hip Hop Abs calorie burn (30 mins) I am sweating like a pig, but I have no idea how many calories I burned or how to find out. any ideas?

    I agree. I do it but do not know how many calories are burned. But I love it!!

    I generally burn about 175 calories on HHA determined using a HRM. It also depends on which routines you did.
