Vacation game plan

I'm going on vacation this Thursday and I know I won't be as good as I have been lately, I'm plaining ahead and bringing healthy stuff for the drive there but I need a game plan for the rest of my vacation!
I dont' mind if I dont' lose for that 10days but REALLY dread gaining any back!! right now I'm eating 1200 calories a day, any idea how much I could eat to maintain?

    switch to maintenance

    should go up by at least 500...

    You should start each morning with a long brisk walk. And choose your dining options carefully. I practically lived off of cesear salads with fresh grilled fish on top during my last vacation.

    I was gone 10 days and only gained 2 pounds. I'm sure if i didn't drink alcohol, I wouldn't have gained any.

    Well that's one indulgance I know I will have, I am counting down for drinking my wine, I've given it up for almost a month!
