    I'm 1/4 Dominican and 1/4 Spanish..1/2 American Mutt..don't speak spanish but love all types of latin dances and foods..add me if I count :P

    Of course you are. Latino isn't a race & you don't have to speak Spanish to qualify as a Latino. There are also non-Latinos who can speak Spanish but that doesn't make them one.
