I'm just now starting out so my body is use to 3 meals a day plus heavy snacking. My meals have been irregular for quite a while now and it seems like now I'm getting a nauseous feeling and a headache when I'm eating "normal" (3 times a day). Does anyone have any advice on if this happens to most people?

Also, do I tough it out or do I cave and eat a HEALTHY snack?

I am no expert, when I started I got a lot of headaches but I kept up the 3 healthy meals & 2 small healthy snacks + 6 glasses of water. After abt 2 weeks or so the headaches went away :)
  • thank you so much :)
  • your body might be going through withdrawal symptoms.
For example, if someone drinks 4-5 (or more) cups of coffee with sugar every day and then just stops drinking it, their body will crave the caffeine and when it doesn't get it, it will go into withdrawal - intense headaches, nausea, etc.

Go through your diary and note down WHEN you get the ill feelings to try and work out what your body might be wanting.
I've heard carb cravings are harsh when you eat lots of refined sugar so try swapping sugary processed things for more natual carbs?
