Gift Ideas for Man's 40th?

My boyfriend is turning 40 at the end of March and I need some ideas of what to get him. It's a pretty special birthday considering how old he is and that it is our first time celebrating his birthday together. He likes music (he's a drummer) but a new drum set is too costly right now. I am looking for something unique that lets him know how much I love him. Thoughts?

    Have you tried looking on etsy or pinterest?? I've seen lots of cute music related gifts on there. I also have a friend who's married to a drummer.. I'll ask her. Get back to me.

    Does he have a favorite band? You can get tickets for a concert, or find something that can be a cherished gift. Say for instance he likes an older band from days of yesterday (Journey, Foreigner etc). A memorabilia gift would be great---something he can display on a wall or shelf, and everytime he looks at it, he'll think of you and the special day you shared!
