My name is Jeff, and I'm in Atlanta, Ga. I just started this program a few weeks ago and I love it. I have it on my iPhone, iPad & PC, so it's with me at all times. I feel better already and I'm excited for the first time about weight loss.

    21 lbs in 4 weeks... AWESOME job, keep going! Don't know what you're doing, but it's obviously working. Having MFP with me all the time definitely helps for me. Good luck... feel free to add me as a friend if you need extra motivation!
