This is soooooooooo easy and good to!!
1 container of Yogurt- you fav flavor (I suggest Yoplait Light Thick and Creamy Strawbery- 100cal) Around 6oz
1 Container of Light or fat free whipped cream.
Let frozen whipped cream thaw a bit. Place in a medium to large bowl. Add 1 container of Yogurt and mix with a mixer on low for 1-2 min. Chill and serve with fruit!! That's it!! Easy!
Another just as easy: Much, much sweeter
1 package of dry sugar free jello mix (again your choice of flavor- I like cherry).
1 Container of Light or fat free whipped cream.
Let frozen whipped cream thaw a bit. Place in a medium to large bowl. Add 1/4 packet and mix with a mixer on low for 1-2 min. Chill and serve with fruit! That's it!! Easy! This is much stronger/sweeter than the first. Try adding 1/8th and taste... add until you like!

My friend turned me on to this one:
1 17.6 oz. tub of FAGE yogurt, fat free
1 8 oz. brick of 1/3 fat cream cheese
1/4 c. Torani White Chocolate syrup
I use caramel and almond roca syrup as well for variety. And I usually cut the recipe in half, at least. 25 oz. is a LOT of fruit dip!
1 oz works out to around 33 calories, 2.4 g of protein and <1 g sugar and <1g carbs, <2g fat.0 -
sounds so good0
