Hi MFP peeps,

I started my weight loss journey somewhere around Thanksgiving last year. I had stepped on the scale, and literally could not believe the number in front of my face - 184 pounds. I had started a new job that had me traveling a lot, eating a lot, sitting a lot and I was not making healthy choices. I kinda wanted to see if people could really tell or not, I feel the difference, but I'm not sure if it's noticeable yet. Anyways...

Here is one of my now least favorite pictures:

I don't know my exact weight at that time, but it would be over 180 pounds.

These were my "befores" once I started my healthy life style

And now... After :) I'm currently at 170 pounds.

Thanks for looking - I'm not close to done yet, but I definitely want to keep going and make it to my goal weight.
