If your working out 5-6 days a week, burning your daily calorie goal, when are you supposed to start seeing results?

    I did this, kept to my calories and found that I lost what I originally entered into MFP i.e 2 pounds a week. Best to weigh in once a week.

    I've been following MFP for 20 days now and I've lost 5 lbs. I can see the results already.

    I followed it religiously - inputting my calories (no cheating!) of everything I ate - even down to one sweet, adding in my fluids and also my exercise. I lost 17lb in a little over a month. The plan kept me interested in what I was doing - my wife has joined me and is also seeing the results. It will also depend on what exercise you are doing etc. How long have you been at it and how much do you want to lose / have lost? Keep going!
