Raw food. several recipes. here are-
    ;)

    Non-egg Roll
    Cabbage leaves
shredded carrot, squash, zucchini (whatever veggies you got)
1/2 cup of walnuts (or available nut)
Sesame oil and rice vinegar to taste
    Pepper
    Raisins

In a bowl mix up the shredded veggies, nuts, oil and vinegar. Place mixture in cabbage leaf (raw) and top with raisins. Serve immediately.

    Veggie Sushi

Sliced VERY thin- long slices of zucchini (think plank of wood, not stick)
Sliced (julienne) yellow squash, carrots- whatever veggie you got
    Sliced avocado (optional)
    Nuts (optional)
Soy sauce or Bragg's liquid aminos

Place planks of zucchini down- put small amount of julienned veggies on left side of plank along with optional avocado slice. Roll up zucchini plank to capture the veggie goodness in a roll. Place nut on top of sushi roll- dip in sauce and shove in mouth. Enjoy! (Kids love making these at the table- like taco night but without all the fat)

    Cumin Sweet Corn

    Raw corn on the cob
    Cumin powder
    Salt and pepper to taste

Dekernel the cob- put in a bowl and mix with cumin (about 2-3 tsp for 3-6 ears of corn. eye ball it a bit eh?). Serve as a side. Raw corn is sweet like an apple- this is a surprisingly tasty side dish.

    Veggie 'Pasta'

    Zucchini
    Yellow Squash
    Tomato
    Basil
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Olive oil
    A spiralizer

Cut tomato into cubes- place (with juice) in a bowl with basil, salt, pepper and olive oil. Set aside.
Spiralize the zucchini and place in a bowl. Grate yellow squash. Place tomato 'sauce' atop of the zucchini pasta and top with grated yellow squash. Sprinkle with pepper again if you want a prettier presentation.

If you have a dehydrator- you can make raw tempura too. It's divine!!

Slice THIN rounds of veggies you like (think tempura veggies tho- so squashes, carrots, broccolli etc). Mix a cup of ground flax seeds, 1 tsp mustard powder and water enough to make a thick ish dip. Dip veggies in- place in dehydrator on med for abotu 4-6 hours. Keep an eye on them because once they start drying out it can go too far too fast sometimes- depends on the relative humidity of the day.
