Best advice i can give is do anything, anything at all, any regular movement is better than none. Depending where you live etc i would recommend walking as a great start that requires no equipment. Couple of miles a day would bring up your fitness and help burn a few calories.

Start walking. Walk for 20 min a day and then bump it up each week. I have to write down everything I eat, every bite bc it is too easy for me to eat the rest of my kids lunches, or half a bag of chocolate chips. Good luck!!!
  • you can watch exercise videos on youtube.. or you can lose weight by keep on moving and eating right.. you must be in your daily calorie goal. not less than 1200cal per day. You can do alternative ways too.. I also started working out without money.. and I lost 14pounds that time. I'm running outdoors for my cardio and I sweat a lot. After that, I do sit ups, crunches. A lot of jumping jacks, push ups and for my dumbells.. It is a bottle of mineral water (full of water inside) lol I really want to lose weight that time even I dont have money, it's never be a hindrance to lose weight and I did. After workout, eat right and whole foods like oatmeal, wheat bread for breakfast. Drink plenty of water to boost your metabolism atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Vitamins&mineral supplement also helps you to boost your metabolism and citrus fruits too. Citrus fruits helps you reduce your cortisols. Good luck!

Seeing you are on this site, then I know you have access to the internet. go to youtube and search out exercises, like sit ups, crunches, pushups, lunges, squats, cardio and fitness, running in place, you can do these and more in your home. For weight you can use tin cans or anything that you can pick up and move to the beat. If there is a second hand store near buy, check out their stuff, maybe you can find used resistance bands and ankle or hand weights. there is all kinds of stuff at those places that will really help you.

    Hope this helps.

my sister uses a lot of workouts on youtube. also, is there a nice place for an outdoor workout? a park maybe? take a brisk walk there, use any obstacles for working out. picnic table tricep dips or push ups. stairs anywhere? run/walk up and down those.
do you watch tv? use the commercials as time for squats, sit ups push ups. there are all sorts of exercises you can do without equipment...just be sure to use good form (again, this is where your internet resources come in handy!)
    good luck...have fun!
