I have two scales and am not sure what's more accurate, the digital says I'm 3 pounds heavier than the needle. Also the digital will give me the same number but different ounces each time! So frusterating!

If he digital scale is giving you the same reading in pounds and the oz changes just go with the oz that's the highest. you said that one is giving you a reading thats 3 pounds heavier, i would go with the higher number. i don't think 3lbs is going to have a huge impact on your calorie burn when you workout...0

Do you have dumbbells or something you know the weight of that you could use to "calibrate" or check the scale? If the 5 lb dumbbell weighs 5 lbs on one scale and not the other, you know which one is correct.0

I'd go with the one that says you are lighter. I'd then take the other one out to your driveway. I would then drive over it with a Mack truck...twice. That's just me, though.0

Run- that is exactly what I felt like doing lol0

Doesn't matter which one is accurate, so long as you only use one of them for weigh ins.0
