Peanut Butter Banana Cinnamon Waffles

Okay mfpers i have a new incredible waffle creation for you...with peanut butter, bananas and cinnamon brown sugar!

What you need:
-2 Eggo low fat Nutri-grain whole grain waffles
-1/2 of a banana
-0.75 Tbsp (12 grams) of natural peanut butter (I use Krema)
-1 tsp (4 grams) of light brown sugar
-1/2 tsp of cinnamon

What to do:
-toast your waffles
-cut up the banana into slices
-combine the brown sugar and cinnamon
-when the waffles are toasted and hot spread the peanut butter on them, then top with bananas and sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top, and voila! deliciousness!

These are seriously good... and 9 grams of protein!
you get both waffles with toppings all for 286 calories!
