Woke up in ONEderland

It was actually Saturday morning, but I wanted to make sure it was for real so I waited 4 days. Been at least 12 years since I weighed less than 200 lbs. I started last February on MFP at 237.5 but I'm sure at some point I was closer to 250. So after 1 year and a couple set backs I have accomplished my first major goal of being below 200.
My next goal is 190 by April 14th, my wedding anniversary. I need to average 1.2 lbs/wk till then. After that my next goal is 180 by my daughters wedding on July 21st. I'll need to average 0.7 lbs/wk between April 14 and July 21 to reach that.

Great news. That happened to me back in December and I had not been less than 200 in 25 years. I am currently at 196 and having a real hard time going lower. You have got a plan and it is doable. Congrats!0
