I just signed up with this website today! I am hoping and praying that this site can assist me in loosing weight. I was recently diagnosed with chronic hypertension at the age of 28. It is pretty scary and the doctor recommended I make some changes in my diet and that I walk more! I have 2 boys that I gotta be arround for so I am willing to do what it takes!
