Hi all, I have been doing TaeBo for a few weeks now (the This is Tae Bo DVD) and I LOVE it. I love the full on cardio and and the sweat and the calorie burn. I'm finally looking like I'm losing weight to myself, not just numbers on the scale but I can actually see it. So I wanted to tone a bit more adn since I love this work out so much I ordered the PT 24/7. I'm hoping to see some definition in my arms especially but toning overall is something I'm really working toward. Anyone else have sucess with the system? And the big question how best to log it. Still just as tae bo? Or is there a better way?

PT 24/7 is a good program. I think you will like it. I don't log my workouts on here, but I do log them. A lot of Billy workouts are cardio. Some are cardio/strength and some are strength.
If I can suggest something to you, don't wear shoes. A lot of people complain that the straps keep coming undone. I've worn shoes the first time and didn't like the feel, so I omitted the shoes and it was better for me. I only did the program for the first 4 weeks. It doesn't really state how long the program is for, but the people in the infomercial stated they did it for 10 weeks.
Tae Bo is my favorite workout. I love doing it. I own almost all of Billy's workouts. I don't own his 12 set vhs workouts. But, one day I will own them. I own everything else and I can't wait to order his new workout called Tae Bo Express that's coming out on March 6. It's 96 minutes. It's broken down into 8 10 minute workouts. You can view the workouts on Collagevideo.com.
Have fun doing PT 24/7. If you want to, join the Tae Bo group on here. I'm on there.0 -
thanks for your reply. I love Billy too, he is without a doubt my favorite instructor in the world. I used his original set years ago and lost a lot of weight but stopping a regular routine and not doing the right thing put that all back on. I was excited to find the DVD I have and after the first time I was in love with that man all over again! I do always do it barefoot, I don't know why I can't stand to workout with shoes on so I'm glad to know I can use this system the same way. I didn't know about a TaeBo group but it sounds right up my alley, so I will look for it. Thank you!0
