Hello I would like to loose 26lbs - I get married in 91 days (13.5 weeks). And am soooo excited.

I don't want to look back at my pictures and feel horrible or regret not loosing the weight.

Do you think 26lbs is acheivable in this time and does anyone have Ny good tips on bit faster losses/ toning? Xxx

Reality says you can do most if not all of the weight. It will be hard but I think if you really dedicate yourself you can push through.
  • I did Slim in 6 about 90 days before my wedding and dropped at least 20 lbs, maybe more. I liked it because you do both strength and cardio every workout and they get more challenging as you get stronger. I did every workout though, never skipped, watched my calories, and I was 28 and hadn't had kids yet. ; )

i don't know if you can do 26 lbs in 13 weeks. If you were obese, sure. But if after losing 26 lbs you will be slim and trim, I bet the last five pounds or so might elude you.
NONETHELESS- I vote for giving it your all! Do what you can!

    My tips:
    (1) count calories (you are already doing this! yay!)
    (2) if you go over on your calories, burn it off with the cardio!
    (3) EAT CLEAN! (for me this is no bread, no meat, no dairy, no sugar, no processed crap, lots of veggies, quinoa, rice, soy yogurt)
    (4) Watch those Macros! (Shoot for 30% of your calories to be from protein, 30% from fat, 40% from carbs)
    (5) weight lifting - I'm just sorta getting into this myself now but everywhere i look says it's key to getting in shape.
    (6) Do HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING! This is a plateau breaker!
(7)get lots of rest, drink lots of water, and FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF...cuz posivibes will get ya a long way!

    Good luck!!!!
