Just a few fries

When we go to Wendy's, I get a large chili. It's 340 calories and a filling lunch. My children get nuggets or a cheeseburger with fries and apples. And I usually get 2-3 fries out of their bag. I'm pretty good at only eating 2-3. But how in the world am I supposed to count the calories? How many fries come in a value fry?

Yeah, you've got to be careful! I really like the chili. Just make sure to ask for NO cheese added. That and a diet coke - I'm good0

With that, you would have to guesstimate. If you have 3 fries, that's probably....1/10 of the serving? Not sure how you would measure that.0
