Lately people have told me that I look to skinny and that I lost the weight to fast...WTF??? please help me with appropriate reply to these people.??

    Ha...ask them why they care how long it took you to lose weight and return to good health? Maybe they are jealous...

    If it were me, I'd tell them that I worked hard, and that I'm proud of what I look like. And that all that matters is that I feel happy and healthy!
