need a little motivation here..

i fell of the wagon a week:sad: ..went on a short holiday,stuffed myself a lot..bt mostly with veggies and rice..and plenty of hersey chocolate

the whole week, not a single exercise..i've weighed..no gain yet..thank god!

but..i jus can't get back to the healthy lifestyle b4 i went for the holiday..:sad:.. i've lost very little,i cant give up yet..:noway:

    You just gotta make the decision that you're gonna stick with it!

    Look up new and healthy recipes. Try a new exercise-- maybe buy a new set of hand weights or something equally inexpensive that'll get you going again! If you lost a good deal of weight before your little vacation, look back at pictures of you from before you started eating healthy and exercising and it'll remind you why you started in the first place!

    You can do it!! we all fall off the wagon at some point, but use some of the recipes shared here as a motivation to start eating right. Also, go to the library and see if they have any exercise videos that are interesting and fun looking to shake up the routine.
