hi everyone!

a little about me: i'm amy, i'm 21 years old and about to graduate with my undergraduate degree in psychology. i'm in the process of applying to grad school for a masters in special education and begin my career working with children with developmental disabilities.

i've never been active or healthy and i'd like to start the new chapter of my life with a healthier, happier, and fitter me i'd love to lose a lot of weight, but i think if i put a specific number on it, it's just going to overwhelm me! i know i've got to take this one step at a time, and i'm really looking forward to meeting some people who are also on this journey with me. ADD ME
