There is no magic way. Your body will reduce at a pace that it can handle.

I understand that im just wondering if anyone has any little tricks they do before having to get into a swimsuit0 -
4 weeks isn't really enough time to make drastic changes. If you lead a rather sedentary lifestyle and begin exercising regularly while eating in a deficit you might see the scale move down a little. Lifestyle changes spread out over time are the way to go, instead of taking the shotgun approach just before a big event.0

stick with the shred dont slack off. and add some more crunches and squats to firm up a bit more and drink all your water. and I lost 15lbs cutting carbs and doing p90x before my family reunion I only had a month so i kicked it into over drive.0

30 day shred is a good way to go, don't expect to lose many pounds, but you should lose quite a few inches. I've also heard of people doing 30DS in the morning and additional cardio in the evenings.0

My weight was similar to yours when I first started out. And I lost about 8 lbs in 4 weeks. Eating healthy and having a 1,000 calorie deficit will get you there!0

Low carb diets produce greater weight loss, compared to a normal diet up to a year. Meaning in 1yr the results are the same, but before a year, low carb diets have produced greater results in weight loss.
I notice whenever I have eaten fewer than 100 grams of carbs after a few days my weight drops fairly dramatically (like 4-5lbs) and then if I eat carbs the next day it goes up again. I think a lot of the low carb diets promise fast weight loss it is usually fluid and not fat.0 -

Yup. 4 weeks is not close to enough time to see dramatic changes. Even if you lose scale weight fast - in a swimsuit it isn't going to show as much. Like said Drop carbs, keep sodium tame, and less carbonation for less bloating. But really if you knew this was coming up you should have started sooner0 -
I lost quite a few inches just from a week of 30DS. Of course, I have quite a bit to lose too so you rmileage may vary.
Just don't go starving yourself; it is counterproductive and makes you gain weight to correct the issue. Make sure you drink lots of water because your muscles will need it. And like the trainer said, your body will reduce at a pace it can handle - so don't give up!0 -
To lose "inches" that fast you're either going to have to fast... Which CAN be safe, but I wouldn't recommend it without supervision or on a normal daily schedule... Other than that, to my knowledge the fastest results (not necessarily the best) come from a ketogenic diet, which is never going to be easy.
The best plan would have been to start eating better half a year ago :P0 -
And honestly what do you expect? 10lbs loss? possible... but not safe. Would it really make that much of a difference???

Keep doing what you're doing and don't worry too much. You're a beautiful girl!! If you do anything too extreme you'll probably be tired and miserable by the time you get to your vacation. Maybe buy yourself a really cute, flattering new swimsuit that will help you feel confident for the trip and the body you have right now. Have fun on your trip!!0 -

10 pounds would be better than none and no I dont expect to lose ten pounds I did say healthy in the title. I do feel that I could lose inches and it would be a difference0 -
Thank you0
