man I feel icky and am craving sugar! Ive already had 2 diet

and I have not excercized today.....just not feeling right.

Anyone else crave sugar when feeling bleck?

    I crave salt and never really have a "sweet tooth" for sugar. Everyone is different I suppose

    I crave chocolate, cookies, and cake around my TOTM. It never fails. I'm good all month until that time. Then I feel like I'm dying lol .

    chew gum, it helps for sweet cravings... or buy VITA TOPS... they are 100 cal "muffins" and they are frozen, u just pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds... The "deep chocolate" one tastes like chocolate cake and always satisfies my sweet cravings:drinker: :drinker:

    i want a doughnut right now... at 930pm i always get a craving. i'm learning to drink some hot tea and ignore it. it passes

    Ohhh the old sugar withdrawal feeling.
    Don't worry, it will pass!! :)
    Having some cinnamon has been proven to help with sugar cravings. And licorice tea!

    Me, Me, Me so ME! I even have bad dreams about giving in to sweets. I was so use to self medicating myself with anything that had sugar in it, that I feel an urge to go grab some when I do not feel well. However, I don't! I am too afraid to give in and like it. I have come this far (22 day) without it that I do not want to give in. I like the feeling of my tummy going down and I do not want to ruin it. I do chew on sugarless gum and there is also sugarless candy’s. If you have an apple or banana you can get your sugar from there but natural. Hang in there you can do this!
  • I have been on this weight loss journey for just over a year and a half.....I have taken breaks but I get back on track.....it is hard to stay motivated when the weight loss slows down....when I really commit it takes a few days to get over these cravings...and honestly...I do not know if the ww ice creams or the skinny cow candies make anything better...because I crave them instead.......but I guess eating one is not so bad. I did find the willpower to start my 30 day shred....pretty good workout....just scared I will be too sore now....but I am determined to get this weight off....if nothing else these hard days only make me stronger
