Hey everyone, I just recently signed up to get back into my work out routine. Hoping this will help me keep tract of what I eat and seek motivation and keep me going. My first gaol is 20 lbs and my second is another 20, so basicly 40 bls by summer. I'm young (25) and don't like to down about myself forever. It hard since living at home and those around my won't support or help me stick to my goal. So I could really use a good friend to really help push me. :-)

I'd love to be your friend! I'm the same age and still hoping to loose another 20lbs. Having friends on mfp has really helped me to stay motivated even though my weight loss has really slowed down recently. Add me if you want and we can support each other0
