I love Milk! HELP

I love milk so much and it is killing me when it comes to my calorie count. I drink skim milk but it's still 80 a cup. I could easily drink 6 cups a day. No problem. I don't do pop or sweets alot. I just want my milk! Any ideas or help? I am going to the gym. I'm average about 600 burned calories every time i go. I would just rather know that I eliminated those calories from my body vs. replacing them with milk. HELP!

That's a hard one. Milk is one of those things that is healthy for you if you can tolerate that much dairy. If you don't overdue it on pop or sweets, my guess is that it won't hurt you. I'm not sure if there is a possibility of calcium overload, however. What is it about the milk that you enjoy? Do you eat other dairy foods like cheese and yogurt? I can't think of any thing that you could replace it with. Sorry!0

Milk is good for you. But as with everything you should use moderation. I love milk too but limit myself to a couple of glasses of skimmed milk a day at the most usually. If you really want to drink it then I guess you wiil hve to do more exercise to compansate. Or you could cut down gradually. Sorry not to have been more help.0

You are meant to eat / drink back those calories, just enjoy it.0

I dont see an issue. Milk is considered a complete milk and is PACKED with nutritions. People have lived off of milk and milk alone. Ofcourse moderation in everything is good (including a complete food like milk) but besides maybe cutting down to maybe a couple of glasses or atleast 3-4 glasses, i dont see an issue.
Its only a problem if you're loading it up with sugar/choclate/other crap. You said you're working out enough to compensate for the little calories that you're getting from milk. Plus milk makes me atleast feel fairly full (2%, i dont do no fat free). So enjoy your milk in moderation and keep on rocking that treadmill. You earned those calories sista, drink them up0 -
Stop drinking so much milk.

I'm not sure what the problem is here.
Are you on a really low cal diet? Your diary isn't public so I can't see what's going on there.
6 cups @ 80 cals = 480 cals, roughtly 1/3 of what your minimum cals should be fore the day. Milk is loaded with good stuff, so why worry about it?0 -
I have a pint of skimmed milk every day in my protein shake, it's 175 calories but it's part of my breakfast. If you want it you should have it.0
