I'm 5'5', and my goal is where you're at now, lol 174-1750 -
I'm 5'5" and was around 140 at my heaviest, so that might not seem so helpful. I did, however, have a ridiculously high amount of body fat and no muscle tone whatsoever, so I was 140 with a double chin, pot belly, and jiggly butt. I replied to your post to let you know that I've gotten down to around 120 pounds and have kept the weight off for several years by doing the following: both CARDIO and STRENGTH TRAINING four to five days per week; reducing my consumption of alcohol (beer, wine, liquor) to only one or two days per week at most; eating a diet rich in protein and vegetable fiber and relatively low in carbohydrates. I've recently added one spike day per week, and it seems to be working so far. I'm not claiming to be an expert and most of what I've said is stuff that you'll find over and over again on the forum, but I wanted to let you know what had worked for another 5"5' lady. I'm 5'5" - current weight is 174.5 (well a midweek weigh in of 176 this morning, but I'm hoping that was a fluke and I didn't really put on 1.5 lbs) - goal weight is 130 as well! Let's be friends.0

I'm 5'5". Started around 168....now at 123. Ignore my ticker. I can't figure out how to change or delete it but my goal now is either increase muscle or shed the last bit of fat and lose no more than an additional 3-5lbs.0

I started at 140 so it wasn't a HUGE loss but at the moment I am working on toning up and while it is adding weight it is changing how I look, so that is what matters to me.0 -

Started at 160, aimed for 135, got to 135 and aimed for 130, got to 130 and aimed for 126. Got to 125.5 and went on maintenance, and kept kicking butt with the exercise.
GAINED some weight, currently 133 and I'm smaller than I was at 125.5. Current goal is to ignore the scale.
