Notes to yourself on cupboards/fridge?

Do you post pictures, quotes or notes on your cupboards and/or fridge? If so, what do they picture or say?

I don't have any as of yet, but my greatest struggle has been limiting my sweets. I have a satisfying diet until I run into these fat-food binges that seem to happen without my even deciding.

So, I found this link on google and am thinking I will print it out. If I have it sitting around any sweet foods I might have, and take the time to glance at it, I feel it really should inspire me to hold back from the sweets.

I am also looking for other ideas of notes I can use to encourage myself.

On my fridge (and bathroom mirror...and next to my bed!), I have a picture of the dress I'm hoping to fit into for my friend's May wedding. Next to that on my fridge is a list of "10 Habits of Effective, Sustainable Leaders"--on which, I highlighted "They take care of their physical and mental health."

Since I'm doing a diet with my mom to revamp how we eat, I have taken over the white board on the fridge and it says what day we are on of the diet. On a sticky note next to it is our respective weights, and it is really, really motivating to see both our weights go down before I open the fridge to eat anything. I also have a list of really healthy ingredients on the fridge, in case I need some food inspiration. :P
And since the other place I like to munch is in my room.. I posted a little flipbook of a super cute bikini (and subsequently the model too) and other fashions that I really want to pull off. Not as effective as doing a diet with someone, but still a good motivator.
