:smile: Hey all. Just joined a few days ago and am brand new to this whole calorie counting thing.I have tried dieting in the past and never really got anywhere and after having 4 children, I would really like my body back now. Hopefully things are different this time around. I'm planning on getting a gym membership and putting my best foot forward.

    I've been on the site about 2 weeks now I suppose. I never wanted to count calories but this site makes it super easy and now I plan my day based on how many calories I have to spare. I will never go out to eat again without checking the site for calories first. See other people complete their diaries, and hitting the gym helps keep me motivated to do the same.     HI! I've been on here since January 3rd and I've lost about 12 pounds so far. I have about 45 more to go. Logging my calories and exercise has really helped to keep me accountable. Feel free to add me. I'm always looking to add new friends. Good luck and have a good day!
