    It's funny (and actually very helpful) to see how similar everyones' lists are.

    My top 5 would probably be:

    Silk unsweetend almond milk
    Veggies- rotating among red romaine lettuce, brussles sprouts, napa cabbage, broccoli
    Dannon light and fit yogurt
    Bananas
    Ground turkey or chicken breast

    if I get to add a few more items to the list...
    kashi go lean cereal. I know cereal isn't the best thing for you, but I like it too much to cut it out.
    imitation crab meat because it's quick and easy
    canned garbonzo beans
    old fashioned oatmeal
    arnold health full bread
    father sam's whole gran low carb wraps

    It's really hard to narrow it down to five items.

    5 Grabs??? Hmmm..how can I sum up my 5 grabs???

    1. Protein (Boneless Skineless Chicken breasts/cutlets, Ground Chicken Patties, Lean ground turkey, chicken/turkey sausage, oven roasted turkey lunch meat), Salmon and Tilapia

    2. Dairy (fat free milk, greek yogurt [all flavors], Cabot cheese [75% fat free or regular], regular cottage cheese [none of that fat free crap! Yuk!], Deli sliced muenster cheese), Liquid Eggs [like egg beaters] or real eggs

    3. Fruit and veggies (banana's, strawberries, grapes, apples, grapefruit, frozen stir fry veggies, frozen veggies, spring salad mix)

    4. Grains and Fats (Double protein bread, Whole Wheat Sandwhich thins, Nuts [almonds, honey roasted peanuts, pistachios] EVOO, Pasta [the real kind], Peanut Butter

    5. I will run for: Chocolate soy milk, spreadable brie cheese, triscuit crackers, Cabernet [red wine], Hershey's mini's, reeses minis's, Mac and Cheese, PIZZA, Taco's [or anything to make basic mexican dishes], Mrs. T's pierogies, Granola or Kashi Go Lean Cereal
