Hi, yes, yell at me puhlease!

I need people to keep me motivated! I need people to yell at me (in the nicest way possible) if they see poor life choices in my diary and if i need to work out more! I want to work out for an hour at least 3-5 days a week. Right now, I'm doing a half hour at 6am, but I need to step it up because I have hit a plateau. I love sugar and have to have some every day ( I don't smoke, I barely drink...so this is my vice!) and I hate vegetables. However, I love fruit...whiiiich has sugar in it! Doh! I need some help and some awesomely motivated peeps to keep me on track. Anybody!?

    Add me if you wish, I feel that I'm an honest friend. However, I'm not the best eater, but pay close attention to my calories and workout often :)
