Amazing!!! How did you do this and how long did it take you?

I did it with a mixture of Slimming World (a UK based slimming club) for the first 2st then just basic portion control, healthy eating (most of the time) and exercise. It's taken about 2 years total but some of that I stopped and gained some weight back. I've been on MFP for about 6 weeks now and I'm losing pretty consistently every week. It really is a great tool to keep you motivated

I will say the thing that has worked for me is having occasional treats and 'bad days'. About once a week / fortnight, whether it's a pizza and chocolate in front of a movie or a meal out where I have exactly what I want. I'd have never lost as much if I didn't have my treats. I'm such a foodie and always will be. I just don't eat whatever I like every day now.

Thanks to everyone for your lovely comments, they made my day :flowerforyou:

You have done a great job. I think it is good not to restrict yourself all the time too.
