My exercise...is this enough?

I would love to know if this is enough exercise?!
M,W,F,S- Run 40 min, lift weights, body rock, yoga
T,Th,S- body rock, yoga

I also clean 45-60 min a day (3 kids to destroy everything) so is this enough!?

    Yes. It's actually a lot.

    Build 1 or 2 days of rest into your routine.

    I do (every day): -

    Between 1 hour, 15 minutes - 1 hour, 30 minutes of Davina's Super Fit/High Energy Five DVD
    Between 30 mins - 1 hour of air strider

    And I walk about 3+ miles a day (which I don't include as exercise).

    Yes, yours is definitely enough, you should be proud :happy:

    It's actually best to take at least one day off from real exercise. If you work out every single day you're more likely to burn out quickly. I suggest you take the weekends off and go do something fun with your family or friends instead. My husband and I like to take our kids to the zoo or museums, or even just shopping. We still get some exercise because we walk but it's fun quality time for all of us.

    Not only is it a lot I would say it's too much and you need a rest day or you could end up getting hurt or burned out.

    I've cut down on running, I was running 1 hr 5 days a week, and weights are 20 min, so I'm only in gym 4 hours a week. Yoga is at night with the fam :-) body rock is only 12 minutes and t/th/s are kinda like days Off since body Rock is only 12 min and yoga is to relax the kids before bed :-)
