working out??

is there such a thing?..." working out to much"?

    You really need to listen to your body on this one. You have to give your body time to repair itself.

    I don't see it as working out too much I see it as pushing myself that extra mile. Like today I did 90 min work out in the gym then went for a half hour swim afterwards but tomorrow I will only do a 60 min work out but if I still have energy while I am in the gym I will quite easily do an extra 15 min. on one of the machines. I always feel a sense of achievement when I push myself harder, hope you do too :drinker: :flowerforyou:

    If you're working out, feeding your body what it needs, and feel good- then no, you're doing great. I always think about people who exercise for a living- like those teaching aerobics classes all day.

    well..when i started i was only doing 45mins a day and got no where with losing weight...now i'm up to 120min or more depends on the day and i'm losing weight..but now my rountine has changed..due to kids being home..but i know once my body get used to it...i will start to lose again...the reason why i had asked is beccause i have another posting about not getting to the gym has much as i used to...
