So I am doing ChaLEAN extreme right now and enjoying it, and I own every Turbo Jam video out there, but I am getting a little tired of the one 20 minute Turbo Jam video. I am looking for DVDs to supplement my ChaLEAN circuit days when I want to do a little more work and just for here and there. I want cardio only as I am doing a lot of weights in my current program. I also have bad knees so while I have worked hard to do a little jumping around, I can't have one that is all just jumping up and down for 20 mins.

I would love to hear your favorites.....

Thank you in advance for all of your help!!

JM 30DS is a 22 minute workout. It incorporates strength in with cardio.
  • Thank you... my sister suggested that one too - she is bringing it for me to try before I buy...

10 Min Solutions - they break the 5 workouts into 10 mins each. You can do the whole thing or just pick one at a time. I like the Pilates ones.

I found a goodie on you tube earlier. Can't post the link but if you search for "burn calories (an awesome workout)" you should find it.

It's a body combat routine led by 5 Aussies that don't stop. Left me more tired out than the 30DS does!

Sorry, meant to add its about 15 mins long
  • What worked for me was the iphone app "Couch to 5k" which I use on my treadmill (actually using that thing) while listening to audio books. It is a walk/run sequence and I just stay at week 2, do it 4 to 6 times per week and have had amazing success with this and myfitnesspal since last June.

I don't know if you have Netflix or not but they have a bunch of work outs on there. Some are pretty good.
