I just like them in my water. Its kinda like mini boba when they puff up.
  • maybe try them in a green smoothie? I like to whip up a smoothie of blueberries and spinach in my vitamix with a a banana and a little juice. you can just blend the seeds right in : )
  • I eat mine mixed in yogurt. Sometimes I mix granola in with them both.
  • google chia seed pudding, its really good!

make oatmeal but make it a bit more watery then add a tablespoon of chia. Also, you can make chia muffins. The guys at the gym add it to their water. I prefer it in my hot cereal.
  • I also just drink them in water
  • Do you have the full seed or did you buy ground?

I grind my own, but research the health effects of grinding and storing them. I grind them and use them right away.

I have sprinkled them on my pb toast. I sprinkle in my yogurt, spaghetti sauce, oatmeal. Pretty much anything is good to go.

    Stir through a smoothie.

Make crackers by adding a bit of water and seasoning, letting it 'gel' then spreading on some baking paper and dehydrating in a very low oven or dehydrator.

LOVE it mixed into my oatmeal

Add it to your bread dough before baking

mix juice into it, letting it gel and eating it like that.

Mixing it into whatever protein bar/protein ball homemade goodie you are making

Add it to the crumble mix of whatever healthy fruit crumble dessert you are making.... etc!

You can throw some into soups, muffins, bread, really probably just about anything.
