Tastes like cheesecake!

So I just discovered this the other night! Its protein packed and delicious!

Take 3/4 cup of 0% greek yogurt (120 calories and 18 g of protein!)
mix with a heaping spoonful of fat free, sugar free vanilla pudding mix (haven`t tried with chocolate yet)
mix it all in and wait a few minutes until it gets thick

I add some vanilla extract and a tsp of cocoa powder

violaaa! big bowl of cheesecake-like goodness for less than 150 calories!
